PR: MIKA Race #9 Preview

This coming Sunday MIKA will be hosting Race # 9 on the 2013 Schedule and as always we can expect to see another great day’s racing with strong numbers in all the classes. This weekend’s track configuration will be the “Long Track excl. Turn 3” configuration run in the ‘Counter Clockwise’ direction.

Race day entry fees are $70 for MIKA members and $80 for Non-MIKA members. Registration will open at 7:30am, Drivers Briefing will be at 8:45am and Practice will start at 9:00am. All drivers are asked to please print off the necessary race day forms and fill them in prior to registration on Sunday morning to help speed up the process. The following classes will once again be on offer for the day:

Briggs Senior
Briggs Junior
Honda Junior
Honda Senior
Honda Masters
Rotax MiniMax
Rotax Junior
Rotax Senior
Rotax Masters
Rotax DD2
Pro Shifter

Practice is available on the Saturday from 1pm on. Also registration is available on the Saturday.

There will be a raffle for a pair of the Chevrolet Silverado 250 NASCAR World Truck Series with all proceeds going towards the banquet for prizes.

The Kroon family will once again be having a barbeque with all proceeds going towards Cancer research,

As always, other clubs are more than welcome, so why not come on out and enjoy a great day with family and friends.

We once again wish to remind everyone that we regretfully inform everyone that due to the NASCAR World Truck Series the King of the Hill event has been cancelled this year, with new improvements being done to the DDT next year’s event will be one not to miss, stay tuned for updates on the track.
