Western Canadian Championships Announce K&M Motorsports as Title Sponsor

By: MaxChallenge.ca

Regina based K & M Motorsports is the Title Sponsor of the 2014 Western Canadian Championship. The two round championship will take off in Regina July 11-13.

Patrick Moreau, coordinator of the WCC, is very proud to make this announcement. “This sponsorship from K & M Motorsports and especially from his owner Keith Miller, is a fantastic commitment for the Series which cannot work without the help of the sponsors. For the first time, we have a Series title Sponsor and I thank Keith for is great involvement in the series.”

For K & M Motorsports’ owner, Keith Miller, this is something he had to do. “I organized many race events in my life and I know all the work and expenses required and which are not visible for the competitors. I felt that it is my turn this year to highly support the WCC. The WCC is the best development series for our drivers and the chance for drivers from the West to race at the Rotax Grand Finals is a great opportunity in a karter’s career. When I see all of our drivers who went there, they come back even better. Just take a look at Coltin McCaughan at his first season in the Senior MAX after he raced at the Grand Finals last year. I hope the 2014 WCC will be the springboard for another skilled western driver.”

The WCC also has the chance to count on class sponsors:

Rotax MAX: CRG West
Rotax MAX Junior: BREKARTING
Rotax Mini-MAX: Karting Canada
Rotax Micro-MAX: Overdrive Motorsports
Rotax MAX Masters: SRA Karting
Briggs & Stratton Sr/Masters: Extreme Karting
